Relationship Manager Associate

Works closely with a team of Relationship Managers on structuring and servicing Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) equity and debt products to commercial real estate developers of affordable housing. Also, becomes familiar with treasury, FHLB grants and New Market Tax Credits (NMTC) to support the construction and permanent financing that supports the bank's CRA goals.
