The Capital Program Manager will support the Building Operations Department’s capital program by managing the performance of the capital program and administration of the annual capital budget.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and track internal processes related to obligating and expending funding, including requisition creation and Purchase Order issuance, as well as all solicitation processes that will result in design or construction contracts
- Supervise the overall performance of the capital program to align with the funds allocated and capital improvement needs.
- Ensure effective operational and financial management through forecasting, reviewing budgetary revisions, monitoring budget to actuals vs spending plan.
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to show program progress and challenges, and present to leadership. -Consistent program reporting shall include monthly budget to actuals analysis and reporting on annual report.
- Provide risk analysis, variance explanations, and support strategic decision making.
- Review reports, budgets and project goal and schedules.
- Serve a fiscal role in capital improvement planning.
- Prepare and administer the capital improvement plan including assistance with the preparation of the annual capital budget and any required amendments.
- Maintain capital improvement plan by monitoring the budget and keeping various staff functions on schedule.
- Utilize project management software and provides budget function for project management division.
- Establish, maintain and update efficient processes, procedures and data tracking to ensure successful program delivery.
